Ayurvedic Treatment – Useful In Curing Many Critical Diseases

In the Ayurvedic treatment the diseases are seen always as lack of proper balance in dosha-system. The treatment for any disease is done with the help of herbs or controlling diet or through exercises. Today the most common pain which is found almost in every one is back pain. The cause of the back pain according to the Ayurveda treatment is poor-digestive-fire or low-agni.  This sort of breakdown which can be either complete or partial, results in building-up of the ama – negative-toxins inside the systems of the body. When these toxins get assembled in any part of the body or joint then it worsens vata & damage occurs in biological-air which lead to pain.

Here below are some of the different types of Ayurvedic treatment for the back aches:

Ayurvedic treatment for the back pain through diet- The patient should take a meal daily for about two – three months of the baked egg-plant (aubuergene) which will prove beneficial for him so that he can expel the unwanted toxins out from the body which is the root cause of the pain. The way in which he has to take the diet is just mash 1 up & fry that by adding healthy and purified spices like cumin, garlic, coriander and turmeric according to his taste.
Ayurvedic treatment through herbs- The bach ache can also be treated ayurvedically with the help of following spicy-herbs and these herbs can be used at the time of cooking:
• Cayenne
• Galangal
• Dry-ginger
• Cinnamon.

Ayurvedic treatment of back-ache by applying oil- following are the oils which are applied on the body for reducing pain:
• Sesame-oil
• Mustard-oil

The oil should not only be massaged properly on the back but the whole procedure requires re-balancing very firmly so that the oil is properly rubbed all-over.
• Apply the oil with cloth that is immersed in Luke warm-water.
• Also use Camphor
• Wintergreen
• Cinnamon-oil
These oils are very useful in driving out the negative toxins. The above oil must be applied along with sesame or mustard.
